RICE WITH CHARD (ARRÒS AMB BLEDES)

Preparation:

Gently fry the sliced garlic cloves and finely-chopped onion,then add the washed and roughly chopped chard. After 3 minutes add the roughly-chopped potatoes, the grated tomato and the
paprika, cover with water and leave to cook for around 20 minutes. Add the rice, saffron and snails, cook for another 5 minutes on a high heat, and then simmer to allow the stock to thicken
slightly.

200 g haricot beans
2 potatoes

1 ripe tomato, Paprika,
Oil, salt, snails (optional), saffron
