Put a casserole on the heat with 4  litres of water and add the chopped pork pieces, black puddings, chopped turnip and beans and chickpeas, previously soaked and drained. Fry the sliced garlic separately with the grated tomato and then add to the casserole. Cook for 2 hours, and finally add the rice and season to taste.

1 kg pork cuts
(tail, belly, snout, etc.)
2 black puddings
100 g dry haricot beans
100 g chickpeas
300 g turnip
1 tomato
3-4 garlic cloves
400 g rice
Water
2 tablespoons oil
