Heat the oil in a frying pan, thenadd the potatoes and garlic. Frygently for about 5 minutes and add the paprika. Continue fryinggently, makingsure the mixture doesn’t burn, then add the eelsand bay leaf. Simmer for 25 minutes. Season to taste and finally add a picadillo of ground garlic, almonds and pepper.
