Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 people

400 g rabbit
400 g chicken
250 g green beans
150 g haricot beans
150 g butter beans
1 ripe tomato
400 g rice
8 tablespoons oil
Water
Paprika
Saffron
Salt

Preparation
Heatthe oil in a paella
pan and when hot add the
chopped meat, sauté well,
and then add the green
beans, haricot beans and
butter beans. Continue
sautéing for another 8
minutes and then add the
grated tomato. Add the
rice and fry for another 4
minutes. Finally, add the
paprika, saffron and water.
When it comes to the boil,
season to taste.
